Halloween Boot Camp!
A class dedicated to the scariest holiday of the year! You will be bringing your own pumpkin and engaing in a variety of exercises that will help develop muscular strength, muscular endurance, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Possible exercise might include lifting the pumpkins, sitting on the pumpkins, carrying the pumkins, and running around the pumkins. It is a great way to enjoy the holiday and make fitness fun again!
