Winter Boot Camps!
Winter has arrived and it is the best excuse to stay indoors and hybernate for 4 months. I don't think so! It's time to add a few more layers to your workout attire and join us outside while we benefit from the fresh crisp air, play in the fresh fallen snow, keep the pounds off! You will shake that winter depression with a winter outdoor boot camp. Exercise improves your mood, increases your energy level, and helps you sleep better.Be invigorated in the beatiful outdoor climate. We will be walking the snowplowed and salted trails within the Sarnia area, enagaging in some body weight exercises, and performing all stretches each and every class!
